Learning That Begins With a Good Story
Rooster and Squid live with a veterinary family in the small town of Trout Springs. Their adventures naturally bring them into contact with pets, wildlife, farm animals, animal emergencies, and plenty of unusual situations.
As children follow each mystery, they are introduced to real topics involving animal health, pet safety, responsible care, and veterinary medicine.
Each book ends with additional Tips from Rooster and Squid that explain selected animal topics in child-friendly language.
