ABOUT THE ADVENTURE

There’s a Buried Treasure in Trout Springs

Shhh … there’s a buried treasure in Trout Springs!

Mr. Gazebo, once a great garden guru, has lost nearly everything—his job, his wife, his home, and even his buried treasure. After the owners of the How’s It Growing? plant nursery purchase his old property, they pull him out of retirement to help bring his former homestead back to life.

News of the project reaches a famous TV show, and suddenly Trout Springs may become the next big winner of the Small Town, Big Garden makeover! Amid all the excitement—and with the help of Rooster, Squid, and a bunch of new friends—Mr. Gazebo just might rediscover the magic blooming inside him … and maybe even his buried treasure.

Join Rooster and Squid in Lawn and Order, the TENTH book in the Rooster and Squid series, as they make mischief, eat things they shouldn’t, and discover that the most precious treasures aren’t always made of gold. Along the way, they dig up tips and fun facts about calico cats, moles, common cat diseases, poisonous plants, heartworms, and fleas.

This heartwarming and hilarious adventure reminds us all to do what we love, help our friends, and treasure the things that really matter.
